  • Stick to routines to save mental space.

  • Celebrate small wins.

  • Rest without guilt.

Hustling is important, but so is your well-being. The real goal? Building a life that fuels you, not burns you out. If something does not add value to your life, sometimes it is important to step back and reevaluate the situation.
